When a refund may be considered
A refund may be considered only if payment is received but the purchased service is not provided. In that case, contact support with your order details and the issue will be reviewed.
When no refund is available
No refund is available:
- After the PDF blueprint, audio, video or any part of the personalized service has been delivered
- Because of a change of mind after purchase
- Because of dissatisfaction with the astrological interpretation or guidance
- Because of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer
- Because expected career, business, financial or personal results did not occur
Why
Each blueprint is created individually from your birth details, your stated situation and your personal questions, and is reviewed by a real astrologer before delivery. Once that personalized work has been delivered it cannot be returned or resold.
Guidance, not guaranteed outcomes
The service provides personalized guidance based on traditional Vedic astrology. No specific career, business, financial or future outcome is guaranteed, and refunds are not issued on the basis of outcomes.
